Between day to day responsibilities such as life, work, family...our clients found using a reliable service provides the freedom to utilize their time doing other things they love.
We ask all of our clients to have their home "cleaning ready". This means excessive amounts of toys, games, clothing, or any loose items left out on the floor that the cleaner is not responsible for, to have stored away. Any excessive amount of dishes in the sink should be placed in your dishwasher before service.
Yes, we can provide references upon request. We have many satisfied customers who can attest to the quality of our services.

Yes! Our C4 team loves our furry babies. However, safety is our #1 priority for our team. Homeowners know their pet(s) the best. We politely ask for you to assess the interaction responsibly. Any animals that are not welcoming of new scents or that may get aggressive/ uncomfortable with loud noises such as vacuum cleaners, to be placed in a safe separated area so the cleaner can comfortably perform their job.
Most recurring cleanings can take anywhere from 2-4 hours depending on the size of your home, frequency, and number of cleaners assigned to the job. We typically will have 2 cleaners per home or 3 for larger estates.
For short term rental cleaning, we have a turn over rate of 2.5 hour max. We understand the urgency with check in/out process and are able to provide expedited service for your peace of mind.
No! Some clients will leave a key with the office or provide instructions to access home with a hidden key or code. Our trustworthy team will take the upmost care and safety precautions to lock up the unit when complete.
We understand life happens, we politely ask all clients to provide the office with a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Time is money and we value our cleaner's time.
For our recurring clients, we will bill the credit card we have on file for you monthly for our services for that month, on the 1st.
For our short term rental clients, we will bill the day before scheduled service.
For all one time cleanings, a deposit will be held to hold your scheduled appointment, and the remainder will be billed upon completion of service.
Our office staff is experienced in accurately pricing all homes and jobs. Due to the customized nature of this business, every home is different. Our pricing is based on a number of factors such as numbers of beds/baths, square footage, frequency of cleaning, and tier of cleaning. For the most accurate quotes, please contact the office.
